1. Our services
We help individuals and businesses with registrations, tax and compliance submissions, business documents and design and print work. The exact scope, price and timeline of each job are set out in the quote we send you.
2. Quotes and payment
- Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote.
- Work starts once you accept the quote and any required deposit or payment is received.
- Official fees charged by government offices (for example CIPC or CIDB fees) are listed separately where they apply.
3. Your responsibilities
- You must give us complete, accurate and truthful information and documents.
- You confirm that you are authorised to act for the business or person the service is for.
- You stay responsible for meeting your own legal and tax obligations, including deadlines set by the relevant offices.
4. Processing times and outcomes
We submit your applications correctly and follow up on them, but approval and processing times are decided by the relevant government office. We cannot guarantee a specific outcome or turnaround from those offices, and we are not liable for delays or decisions outside our control.
5. Design and print work
Design work includes the rounds of changes stated in your quote. Please check proofs carefully before you approve them for print. Once a print job is approved, we are not responsible for errors in the approved proof. Ownership of final designs passes to you on full payment.
6. Confidentiality
We treat your documents and information as confidential and handle them as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Website use
The content on this website is general information and does not replace professional legal or tax advice for your specific situation. You may not copy or reuse the content, logos or designs on this website without our written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service.
